I felt very disappointed due to several inconveniences. First, the check-out confusion left me unsettled, even though it was resolved. Additionally, I was left waiting for an email receipt that I requested but never received, making my experience feel incomplete.

More fun than I expected!

I recently enjoyed two nights in a very modern room. The location was perfect for touring, and everything was clean and well-kept. The friendly staff made my stay even better, although I was surprised by the $10 nightly parking fee. Overall, a delightful experience I'm eager to repeat!

after much deliberation, i almost wrote a good review but couldn’t, why? the tiny entrance had me feeling claustrophobic, not to mention the janky elevators! add in the $250 hold on my card, and where’s my complimentary breakfast? having the light battle in the bathroom was a totally unnecessary hassle!

Consider asking about the complimentary continental breakfast, as it can be a convenient start to your day despite the restaurant being closed.

One downside was the food from the restaurant. I ordered a sandwich and fries, but they arrived lukewarm, lacking freshness. Also, there was upfront charging for incidentals, which felt excessive. A simple credit card imprint would suffice instead. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again for the comfort and cleanliness.

Family trip that ended up great

I was surprised at how clean the place was , every corner was spotless. Had a minor issue with the room's air conditioning , but they quickly upgraded us to a better one when it couldn't be fixed.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but worth the stay.

Free Wi-Fi was great. The luggage storage was lacking though.
